Sales Haul: The Body Shop, Di and Planet Parfum

Hey Beauty and life lovers!

Here is the final Haul.
I must admit that this year, the period wasn't really fruitful, and the discounts were not that exceptional except this last week at The Body Shop.

SO let's Start with Planet Parfum ( If you're French it's a bit like Nocibé).
I wasn't really going in to buy anything else than the Clarifying lotion from Clinique, but just to have a look.
And I ended to buy Helena Rubinstein products. Only skin and lips care, but usually I can't afford HR skin care.

So The Collagenist Pore Genius was 10 percent off as was the Collagenist lip Zoom.
I paid the Clinique lotion full price.
I'm currently trying the HR products so I will probably tell you more about soon.
So yes 10 percent is just not enough, but I have a Businness card ( thanks my daily job) and so got 20 percent more.

So they better be efficient because I have high hopes for them and for my skin!
Let's go to Di and The Body Shop:

At The Body Shop they got the 70% off and then I got a 400ml of their Olive scrub ( which I really love) and the 200ml of their Olive Shower gel, each for 5,40 euros, plus a 5 euros discount as I have reach it on my fidelity card.

I went the Grocery store I decided I had to try the Covergirl range.... well the counter wasn't big but I went for a Natural quad ( I don't have the name ) and a oil control foundation which doesn't go out of the bottle because it is clearly really thick, and so I will have to find a solution.... OR maybe you have one for me...

So Now let's go to DI:

I needed a new eyeliner and so I went for the new Bourjois in a black color. I really like it so far and I think I'm gonna go buy the brown color.
I also bought a l'Oréal Glam Shine Chubby Stick (909- Mad for Pomegranate) and a L'Oréal Color riche (110).

So this is it for my Sales Haul.
Not much but I didn't really need all those so, let's say it is a good one !
I'll try to review each products and so the Monday Haul, Might be replaces for a while by a Monday review.

If you wanna see a specific review on a specific product, just leave a comment below .

See you on wednesday my loves!

Monday Haul #4: Damage part 3

Hey Beauty and Life loves!

We're almost done with the series : Babs went went wrong.
There will be an ultimate One next week with my weak treasure from the sales.

As you probably read earlier on the blog, I have a poo in this haul, yes, the presentation of the pimple maker was donc before the haul... shame on me but I had to...
But at least you can see that the products have been collected in time.

I've also been weak... very weak and went back for the third box. But to move forward I really have to imagine the home decoration we'll have in the new apartment...

Well let's see what I got:

Let's not go back to the Rose Water, you'll have the details here.
I won't detail every product and wait to do some  review about them.
I will only discuss the lens case the make up remover pads .

The contact lens case: I saw them on Tati's video for her November favorites and I found them really cute. I really wouldn't think I could find them, but if you're interested they are available ( I hope they're still anyway) at "Di".
I occasionnallywear lens, and I found the case I had before pretty boring. you can find them in three colors: Green, blue and pink. There's nothing really amazing about them but I find them super cute.

The Make up remover pads: These aren't cotton pads, but re-usable pads. I apply quite a thick layer of make up ( well a thin lever of + a thin layer of that = A thick layer of makeup), I use quite a lot of cotton pads and even if I'm not a proud ecologist, I think that from time to time e need to make a gesture and try to reduce de cotton trash story.
As I usually remove my make up with oil I mainly used them on my eyes to clean them with the Bioderma. As they are washable, I can totally forget to buy usual cotton pads.
These are quite expensive, but if you count the addition of disposable pads and theses ones I think at then it is cheaper.
They are super soft and don't irritate my skin, no redness whatsoever.
You can find them at "Di" or online, and a refill version exist as well.
On the website : http://www.lamazuna.com, you 'll find a bunch of ecologic products.

SO that's it for this Monday!
If you want to see a review on a particular item shown on the two pictures just leave a comment below!

See you on wednesday my loves!

Monday Haul #3 : Damage Part 2

Hey Beauty and life Lovers!

Last week I developed my second " The Body Shop" Haul and already told you that I made some damages at the Drug store.
I'm usually not a huge shopaholic, but these past weeks have been hectic and I really can't explain why.
I have phases, maybe it's the urge to move to another place, maybe it's a way to keep me away from the food, maybe it's just a way to help me to take care of myself, I don't know.

Anyway, I decided to divide this into 2 part so, the 3rd part of this Haul will be online next week, because I think a few item is sufficient per post.

Well let's get started!

As I said I plan to move this year from a place to another and so I wanted to find cute things to put in my bathroom ( or if I have the chance to find a place big enough , my beauty room).
So at "Di" I found those cute little boxes:

The taller one is to place you round cotton pads and the smaller one the cotton swabs.
These are part of a collection of 3 boxes and I think I'm gonna try to find the third one which will be perfect for my square ones.
Cute and girly, but I don't know if this purchase was totally necessary... Let's say it was an impulse one and that is better dans the plastic case and bags they are coming in.

Now let's talk Beauty products!

On the pic you have:

A L'Oréal Color Riche eyepencil in Taupe
A Elnett Hair spray
The Rimmel stay matte ( 100-Ivory) : a review is coming very soon.
Two Nail polish remover for when I have to go on week end.
And a Bilstex Lip Balm, to complete my addiction.

I intend to do a review on the nail polish remover and the foundation.soon so stay tuned!
All I can say for the moment is that I'm quite impressed...
But for which products? You'll know it soon!

See you on Wednesday my loves!

Monday Haul : Damages Part 1

Hey Beauty and life lovers!

For this Monday haul I'll be showing you the part one of the sales damages
Once again I went to The Body Shop, cause I needed some products and right after I was magically stepping into the Drugstore next to it...

So Here are the "The Body Shop" spoil:

I guess you want to know the details...
So let's start with the "Satsuma Gel Shower 200ml" that you probably all know.

Ingredients:
Aqua (Water) (Solvent/Diluent), Sodium Laureth Sulfate (Surfactant), Glycerin (Humectant), Cocamidopropyl Betaine (Surfactant), Cocamide DEA (Surfactant), Coco-Glucoside (Surfactant), PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil (Emulsifier), Benzyl Alcohol (Preservative), Parfum (Fragrance), Phenoxyethanol (Preservative), Glycine soja (Soybean Oil) (Emollient/Skin Conditioner), Citrus nobilis (Mandarin Orange Oil) (Fragrance), Methylparaben (Preservative), PEG-55 Propylene Glycol Oleate (Surfactant), Propylene Glycol (Humectant), Benzophenone-4 (Sunscreen), Limonene (Fragrance Ingredient), Hexyl Cinnamal (Fragrance Ingredient), Disodium EDTA (Chelating Agent), Citral (Fragrance Ingredient), Butylparaben (Preservative), Ethylparaben (Preservative), Isobutylparaben (Preservative), Propylparaben (Preservative), Citrus reticulata (Fragrance Ingredient), Linalool (Fragrance Ingredient), Citrus dulcis (Orange Oil) (Fragrance/Essential Oil), Sodium Dehydroacetate (Preservative), Citronellol (Fragrance Ingredient), Geraniol (Fragrance Ingredient), CI 15510 (Colour), CI 15985 (Colour).

I really love this scent, it brings up the good mood. The sunny state of mind. Yes I know, we're still in the middle of the winter but well, I need sun, I need to think about the holidays.
I simply need it, don't judge, to kill me ...
It was on sale for 30%, not much but I couldn't resist.

Let's follow with the Camomile  Sumptuous Cleansing Butter

What they claim it does:

This cleanser is an indulgent make-up remover for the whole face. It gently and efficiently melts away make-up and impurities, leaving skin feeling clean, refreshed and pampered
  • Gently melts away make-up
  • Leaves skin feeling clean and petal-soft
  • Removes all types of make-up
  • Suitable for sensitive skin and contact lens wearers
How to use:

Apply to dry face and massage into skin. Rinse off with warm water or remove with a wet muslin cloth for a more thorough cleanse.

I usually remove my make up with a cleansing oil, but when you go on week end, it's is not very practical to take with as it often leaks.
So I decided to give it a go and this will be part of a specific review soon.

Then I saw the Facial Buffer:

What they claim it does:

Used with facial wash, this gentle exfoliating sponge will leave skin soft and smooth.
  • Helps facial wash lather
  • Stimulates skin microcirculation
  • Ideal for dry skin that needs regular exfoliation
How to use:
Use every morning or evening with a facial wash or cleanser to thoroughly cleanse the skin. For extra exfoliation, use with a facial polisher suitable for your skin type.
I didn't use it yet, but it was so tempting ... and I thought it would be nice to use with my Clinic Cleanser.

This will close this first part. Next week the drugstore haul.
Stay tuned because I might have bought things I couldn't imagine :)
See you on Wednesday my loves!

Monday Haul

Hey Beauty and life lovers!

Welcome to this wonderful wintery monday!
Ok let's pretend we are happy.

OH but wait we are! Because Monday isn't just about getting back at the office to work, it is also the moment we can share what we did this week end.

With Buster ( my partner) we went to Brugge, the Northern Venice as they call it. Beautiful flemish city.
I did some damages... some shopping...
Mainly at "The Body Shop" cause I needed some things.

You probably know all of these products, they aren't new but they're really good.
The Ginger Shampoo especially, calm the scalp and reduce the dandruffs.
In the winter time I usually have scratchy scalp and this help.
One thing? The scent is not that pleasant, BUT it does the job and leave your hair super clean.

The Blueberry mask is also really efficient during this season. once a week it nourishes my hair.
I only apply it on the length as I have quite short hair for the moment.

Well here are some pics from Brugge, if you ever come to Belgium, don't focus only on Brussel ;)
